Pottawattamie County Homeless Link (PCHL) Rapid Rehousing

The purpose of our Rapid Rehousing programs is to provide assistance to rapidly re-house persons who are homeless. The programs provide temporary (one to 24 months) financial assistance and support services.

Heartland Family Service PCHL Rapid Rehousing provides temporary financial assistance and housing relocation and stabilization services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. 

Eligibility: Must live in Pottawattamie County and be literally homeless (living in a shelter or on the streets)
