Rapid Rehousing

Rapid Rehousing provides assistance to rapidly re-house individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. These services provide temporary (one to 24 months) financial assistance, support services, along with housing relocation and stabilization services.

Eligibility

Must be literally homeless (living in a shelter or place not meant for habitation). Referrals to this program must go through Threshold COC (accessed here).
