Heartland Housing Opportunites

Heartland Housing Opportunities provides assistance to rapidly re-house individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. These services provide temporary (one to 24 months) financial assistance, support services, along with housing relocation and stabilization services.

Eligibility

Must live in Pottawattamie County in Iowa or Douglas or Sarpy counties in Nebraska, and be literally homeless (living in a shelter or place not meant for habitation).
