Permanent supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness. All seven apartment units are fully furnished.
Eligibility: Individuals must be literally homeless (living in shelter, on the streets, or timing out of transitional housing). Services are provided in Pottawattamie County, Iowa.
