The Heartland Family Service Voices Without Violence group is a free, gender-inclusive, community-support service for adult survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.
Voices Without Violence includes a four-week, education-based group and an on-going peer empowerment group.
- Education group
For survivors of abuse and their loved ones to help gain an understanding of how abusive behaviors impact an individual and their family.
- Peer empowerment group
For survivors of abuse who wish to connect with one another for encouragement and support.
A children’s recreational and coping group is available onsite to help minimize the barrier of childcare for those attending the group.
Groups are free and held in a confidential location for increased safety.
