Step 1: Access registration URL via web browser using the button above OR download the myHealthPointe mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Step 2: Enter your one-time code and validate date of birth
Step 3: Set your password
Step 4: Click “Create Password”
Step 5: Login with Username (email) and Password
