Because we offer services on a sliding fee scale,
80 percent of the clients we serve have annual incomes below $20,000.
They are referred to us by private practitioners who do not accept
low-income clients without insurance. Some of these individuals
and families have complex, long-term problems that require specialized
care.
When you look at everything that’s going wrong
in our community, it’s easy to feel helpless. Like there’s
nothing that one person can do that will amount to any good. But
there is. When you support an agency you can trust, an agency that
is already doing so much good in the community, it makes a true
difference. You make a difference.
In our 130 years of supporting vulnerable children
and families, we’ve learned that helping people help themselves
is the only kind of help that works. We need your support to strengthen
our services to vulnerable children and families.
Yes, I will donate to help wherever the need
is most desperate.
