First Fremont Comedy Night Leaves Audience in ‘Stitches’
If you laughed until you were sick, there was a doctor in the house to tickle your tummy again. Comedian Matthew Iseman, MD, highlighted the first annual “Stand Up for Kids” Comedy Night March 27at the Fremont Golf Club. Dr. Matt combined childhood reminiscences, political satire and common sense musings that left the audience in “stitches.” Proceeds benefited the Jefferson House children’s emergency shelter.
Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails as they perused a wide variety of silent auction items donated by Fremont area businesses, individuals and families. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska presented the event.
We thank all of our event sponsors, donors, volunteers and participants who helped make this event a dynamic success!
