about our Transitional Housing program

• Seven-unit, transitional housing program for individuals and families who fit the McKinney Definition of Homelessness.
• The residents work with a case manager to develop and meet goals; eventually to meet the goal of acquiring permanent housing.  They also work with a counselor and receive education in parenting, budgeting, legal services, nutrition and health care.
• Residents must be drug and alcohol free.  If a prior history they must have successfully completed a treatment program.
• Maintaining full-time activities (employment, education or a combination) is required of the residents.
